One or more meetings of the Stichting Board a year shall be held at a location in the Netherlands to be determined by the person(s) convening the meeting or on whose behalf the meeting is convened. A maximum of two meetings of the Stichting Board a year may be held in another country, under the condition that no more than one meeting a year is held in the same country outside the Netherlands.
